The area where the Le Dune district is located was purchased in 2008 by the Opera Company initiatives and covers about 9 hectares (22 acres) facing the sea.
From the beginning the idea of the developers has been the transformation of an area of merit into a high level territorial marketing project following a new architectural philosophy for the creation of quality homes surrounded by all the comforts and services to make pleasant stay and safety of its residents. The construction of the second lot was completed in 2017, and a lot of selected residents are demonstrating their appreciation this completely different and unique residential project, that focuses on quality of life and on the rediscovery of slow rhythms that favor relaxation and contact with natural elements such as the sea, the sun and clean air.
